Juicing Burn High Test in your Body - How and why to Make a Mean Green Juice.
Your body is an amazing engine, fuel it right and it will work hard for you. I have been juicing since 2012. In 2013 I watched a movie called Fat, Sick, and Nearly Dead by Australian Joe Cross and have been hooked ever since. Then I bought a Breville Juicer, produce and dove right into the juicing with a 5 day juice fast. Best thing I ever did. I'm healthier, feel better, and have no health issues.
Your base juice in my opinion, should be a super juice. Packed with all the phytonutrients that your body loves. Your body works by breaking down your food into nutrients, if you drink a juice already broken down most of the way, it is easier to absorb. As well it is very beneficial for you. Less stress on your system, and faster absorption.
These task specific machines separate the juice from the produce. There are two types of juicers, one macerates the produce, the other and one I prefer is a centrifuge type that forces the juice away from the produce after breaking down the cells.

- 3 granny smith apples
- 3 to 5 leaves of Kale
- 1 Cucumber
- 1 thumb size piece of ginger
- 1 Lemon
- Wash all produce.
- Cut up into sizes that will fit your juicer.
- Juice and enjoy
You can store your juices in an air tight container, usually a mason jar, in the fridge for up to 36 hours. Enjoy your juice and there will be more video's and recipes coming this spring.
